Ogopogo's Lair Pinot Grigio
History:
OGOPOGO'S LAIR lies on the east side of Okanagan Lake, in the bend between Kelowna and the foot of the lake. According to legend, the lair is a cave under Squally Point near Rattlesnake Island where Ogopogo rests when not prowling the lake's water.
Accolades:
"Truly a punchbowl
of tropical tones: styling fresh fruit aromas:
racy citrus on the palate with a mother lode of
crisp, clean acidity before a zesty payoff."
Tim Pawsey, June 24th, 2007
Tasting Notes:
Our unoaked 2006 Pinot Grigio displays
a bouquet of rich tropical fruit. Nuances of
ripe apricot and papaya linger for a rich clean
finish.
