Council's Punch Bowl Sauvignon Blanc

History:
This lake was discovered by Alexander Caulfield Anderson of the Hudson's Bay Company in 1846 while searching for a route to the interior from the coast.
Tasting Notes:
Our 2007 Sauvignon Blanc is refreshing and delicious! Bright and ripe fruit with citrus character mingles nicely with grassy herbaciousness. The wine has a nice zippy fresh and dry finish.
Food Pairing Notes:
Pairs nicely with local cuisine; fresh seafood, smoked salmon, and creamy goat's milk cheeses are ideal matches for the wine's fresh tropical notes. Art Details:
